correct typing technique and posture (what is a “staccato touch”?)
shortcuts and formatting options (what do all these buttons do and what does “mar rel” mean?)
This class also covers further topics of typewriter use, including:
basic care and cleaning
changing the ribbon
dealing with sticky keys
knowing when to consult a professional

PT Writers Group Meeting
Type Townsend is pleased to host the first meeting of the newly forming PT writers group in our mezzanine space.
In this meeting, writers will work on creating this new group and giving it a name.
Whether you write poetry, fiction, memoir, or anything else, if you’re looking for a way to share your writing with others, listen to others’ writing, and give and receive feedback, this is the group for you!
